Most people spend their lives chasing wealth.

We help people build freedom. Money, business and technology matter. They are tools. The goal is more choice, better decisions and fewer moves made from fear.

Who this is for

For capable people who are doing well on paper, but know they need more options.

The Freedom Project is for capable people with real responsibilities: families, employees, business owners, tradespeople, managers and anyone who is tired of relying on one income, one employer or one default path. They are not looking for a personality-led promise, another library of lessons or someone selling shortcuts. They want structure, judgement and accountability while they turn useful ideas into practical movement.

The problem

The people this is for are not short of information. They are short of a clear next move.

They have listened to the podcasts, saved the ideas, watched the AI demos and thought about starting something. They know the world is shifting. The pressure is not a lack of options. It is the cost of staying vague.

01

They feel exposed.

One role, one business, one income stream or one industry can feel fragile when the market starts shifting.

02

They have too many possible directions.

Consulting, content, AI, advisory, automation and digital products all look viable until it is time to choose one.

03

They do not have an execution system.

Without deadlines, founder review and visible commitments, good ideas stay parked in notes and browser tabs.

The real-world tension

This is built for the people who are capable, responsible and quietly stretched.

The mining manager

Strong income, serious responsibility and a family relying on one employer. He earns well, but still feels exposed because every dollar comes from the same source.

The corporate executive

Deep expertise, rising AI anxiety and no clear plan to turn credibility into advisory, consulting or independent opportunity.

The business owner

The pressure sits on their shoulders. They need better systems, clearer thinking and a way to create freedom without adding chaos.

The working couple

Good careers, good income and still feeling the squeeze from lifestyle, costs, debt, school fees or family commitments.

The course buyer

Five online courses, a dozen saved frameworks and very little implementation. Intelligence was never the issue. Follow-through was.

The overloaded professional

They can see AI, content, consulting and online business opening doors, but they need help choosing the right door and walking through it.

What freedom means here

Freedom is not a vague aspiration. It is an operating outcome.

By the end, each participant has a clearer baseline, a stronger operating rhythm and one serious opportunity to test. The goal is not to become busier. It is to make better decisions from a stronger position.

ChoiceMore than one path, one employer, one client base or one default way of earning.
ResilienceA clearer baseline across money, time, commitments, AI readiness and income dependency.
MomentumWeekly commitments, founder review and a practical rhythm that turns ideas into action.

The Method

Clarify the baseline. Build the options. Execute with review.

01

Clarify

Map money, time, skills, pressure, goals and AI readiness so the starting point is honest.

02

Build options

Use the Opportunity Lab to surface, filter and pressure-test realistic paths across consulting, content, AI, advisory and services.

03

Execute

Use weekly commitments, founder review and a 90-day plan to keep the work moving.

The 8 week structure

Eight weeks of practical work: understand, design, then build.

The first three weeks establish reality. Weeks four to six build leverage and options. The final two weeks are personalised implementation, review and planning.

Week 1

AI Audit + Personal Baseline

Pain: not knowing where you actually stand.

Work: AI audit, OpenClaw/Codex setup, learning profile, financial baseline and 1/3/12-month goals.

Output: a clear starting point and founder coaching profile.

Week 2

Success, Time + Discipline

Pain: earning, spending and reacting without a clear definition of enough.

Work: hedonic treadmill, lifestyle audit, time audit, routines, discipline and health rhythm.

Output: a better operating rhythm and a clearer definition of success.

Week 3

Behaviour Style + Why

Pain: repeating the same avoidance patterns without understanding them.

Work: behaviour style, learning style, resilience scoring, personal rules and why statement.

Output: a practical accountability style and clearer personal drivers.

Week 4

Opportunity Mapping

Pain: too many business ideas and no filter for what is realistic.

Work: use the Opportunity Lab to brainstorm, compare consulting, services, content, AI tools and advisory options.

Output: a top-five shortlist and one offer direction to test.

Week 5

AI Automation + Personal Brand

Pain: knowing AI matters but not using it in a useful way.

Work: AI workflows, automation, security, personal brand pillars and first authority asset.

Output: one working AI workflow and a credible market-facing signal.

Week 6

Money, Currency + Resilience

Pain: working hard while purchasing power, savings and optionality quietly erode.

Work: education on fiat debasement, true currency, Bitcoin, gold, silver and personal financial resilience.

Output: a money beliefs audit and clearer savings/resilience lens.

Week 7

Personalisation Lab 1

Pain: hitting the real bottleneck once the theory is over.

Work: founder review, bottleneck diagnosis, idea refinement and seven-day implementation sprint.

Output: a focused sprint with proof of work.

Week 8

Personalisation Lab 2 + 90-Day Plan

Pain: finishing a program without knowing what happens next.

Work: review progress, sharpen the offer, set priorities and define the ongoing rhythm.

Output: a 90-day execution plan and 12-month direction.

What you leave with

The value is not the content. It is what gets built.

Personal Freedom Snapshot

A clear baseline across money, time, commitments, income dependency and priorities.

Opportunity Map

A filtered set of practical consulting, content, service, AI-enabled or business opportunities to assess and validate.

Selected Income Experiment

One realistic option chosen from the map, reduced to a practical test instead of a vague idea.

90-Day Execution Plan

A focused plan with next actions, review rhythm and accountability measures.

Participant experience

Small enough for real support. Structured enough to create movement.

This is not a content library. The program is designed around founder access, weekly commitments and review. Participants are expected to show up, submit the work and keep moving.

Weekly live group sessions

Implementation, discussion and progress. Not passive theory.

02

Fortnightly 1:1 founder reviews

Direct conversations with John and Sean around progress, challenges, decisions and commitments.

03

Weekly voice-note check-ins

Short touchpoints to keep momentum alive between sessions.

04

Direct founder messaging

Support when participants get stuck, need a decision, or need their thinking challenged.

05

Freedom Snapshot

A confidential baseline across money, cash flow, income dependency, lifestyle goals and freedom objectives.

06

Opportunity Lab

A shared private space to brain dump, assess and pressure-test business ideas, AI workflows and income options.
